Refund Policy

At The Wedding Media House, we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to be fair and transparent while protecting the time, preparation, and creative work that goes into every wedding booking.

Booking Fees / Deposits

All booking fees (also referred to as deposits) are non-refundable. This fee secures your date and covers admin, planning, and preparation time. Once a booking fee is paid, that date is reserved exclusively for you, meaning we turn away other potential clients for that same day.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your booking:

  • More than 60 days before the event: Any additional payments made (beyond the booking fee) may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

  • Less than 60 days before the event: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued due to time already invested and the high likelihood that the date cannot be rebooked.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Rescheduling

We will always do our best to accommodate date changes where possible, but rescheduling is subject to availability. If a new date cannot be agreed, the cancellation terms above will apply.

Service Non-Delivery

In the extremely unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., serious illness, emergency), we will:

  1. Offer a trusted replacement professional from our network where possible

  2. Provide a full refund of any payments made, including your booking fee

Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please email Toni@theweddingmediahouse.co.uk with your name, booking details, and reason for your request. We will review each case individually.
